Revision of rates for various treatment procedures under CGHS.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
With reference to the above mentioned subject the undersigned is
directed to draw attention to O.M. No. S.11045/36/2012-CGHS (HEC) dated
1.10.2014 whereby CGHS package rates for various treatment procedures
were notified by the Government empanelled hospitals under CGHS Delhi
and NCR. This Directorate has been receiving representations from
different stake holders regarding discrepancies in these notified rates.
The matter was examined in this Directorate and now it has been decided
with the approval of competent authority to revise the rates of
following treatment procedures under CGHS.

Reimbursement to beneficiaries/empanelled hospitals shall be
limited to ceiling rate or as per actual, whichever is lower. The other
terms and conditions as regards to CGHS package rates remain unchanged.
2. The revised rates shall come into force from the date of issue and
shall be in force till further orders and are applicable in all CGHS
cities.
3. This issues with concurrence of Integrated Finance Division of
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide diary no.C-2289 dated
13/02/2015.

அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு இனிய வணக்கம் !
கடந்த 19.2.2015 மற்றும் 20.2.2015
தேதிகளில் நம் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் மூலம் இரண்டு பிரச்சினைகள் நம்முடைய
CPMG மற்றும் PMG , CR அவர்களுக்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டன. கடிதங்களின்
நகல் ஏற்கனவே அன்றைய தேதியில் நம்முடைய மாநிலச் சங்க வலைத்தளத்தில்
பிரசுரிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன.
ஒன்று, குடந்தை கோட்டத்தில் 22.2.2015
ஞாயிறு அன்று HINDI LITERACY TRAINING காலை 10.00 முதல் மாலை 04.00
மணிவரை 30 தோழிய /தோழர்களுக்கு உத்திரவிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. அந்த உத்திரவு
20.02.2015 மாலையே ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு மறு உத்திரவிடப்பட்டது என்பது நம்
மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் முயற்சிக்குக் கிடைத்த வெற்றியாகும். நாம் எடுத்துச்
சென்ற பிரச்சினையின் தன்மை அறிந்து உடன் ரத்து செய்திட உத்திர விட்ட
PMG, CR அவர்களுக்கும் DPS , CR அவர்களுக்கும் நம் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின்
நன்றி !
இரண்டாவது, வங்கி ஊழியர்களின் 4
நாட்கள் வேலை நிறுத்தத்தினை ஒட்டி நம்முடைய ஊழியர்கள் அனைவருக்கு
எதிர்வரும் 24.2.2015 அன்றே ஊதியம் அவர்களுடைய கணக்கில் CREDIT செய்திட
வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையாகும். இது குறித்து நம்முடைய மாநிலத்திற்கு
ADDL CHARGE ஆக உள்ள CPMG , KARNATAKA அவர்களுக்கு நம்முடைய கோரிக்கை
கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், எதிர்வரும் திங்களன்று ஊழியர் களுடைய
அஞ்சல் சேமிப்பு கணக்கில் ஊதியம் CREDIT செய்திட உத்திரவிடுவதாக
முடிவெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் மாநில நிர்வாகத்தில் நமக்கு
தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனேகமாக திங்களன்று இது குறித்த உத்திரவு
வெளியாகலாம் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். உத்திரவு வந்தவுடன் இந்த
வலைத்தளத்தின் மூலம் உங்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.

தற்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. தேர்வு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு ஓராண்டு
காலத்திற்குப் பின்னர், தேர்வு முடிவுகள் CMC இலிருந்து அனுப்பப் பட்டு 1

The list of officials in the cadre
of PAs, T/S/SPM, PRI(P) and LSG (General line) who are due for rotation for the year of
2015 and the vacancy position in the
respective cadres are furnished office wise
in the enclosed annexures.
1. All
officials, whose name figure in the list including those who are on leave/deputation/
training may please be apprised of the contents of this circular under
acquittance. The officials who are due
for rotation may be asked to submit their request of options for three offices
in the order of preference. Option of officials will be considered subject to
administrative exigencies.
2. The Sr.PM/PM/SPMs of the concerned
SOs/HOs are also requested to intimate the name of officials who are due for RT
in case their names are omitted to be included in the list.
3.
The officials who wish to apply for an
extension of tenure may forward their request letter clearly specifying reasons
viz health grounds, due for retirement within a year or so etc., addressed to
the Postmaster General, Chennai City Region, Chennai- 600 002, so as to reach
this office on or before 02.03.2015
positively. The letters, if any received
after this date will not be entertained. The request for second extension of
tenure will not be entertained.
4. The
officials who apply for extension of tenure should also submit their letter of
choice separately for consideration, if their request for extension is rejected
by the competent authority. The officials cannot claim the extension as a
matter of right.
5. The SPMs of Class III SOs who complete
their tenure are not eligible for grant of extension. The
officials who are working in single handed and double handed SOs will not be
posted in the same office for the second time during their service period under
any circumstances.
6.
The
LR officials who have become regular PA in the
year 2015, may request for regular place of posting as directed in this
office memo No. B1/LRPA/dlgs dated 06.01.2015. If no request is received, the
place of posting will be decided as per RT guidelines.
7. The letter of request for choice of office for
Rotational transfer should reach this office on or before 06.03.2015.
8. Officials
having
adequate knowledge in departmental software and handling of computer appliances
and willing
to work as System Manager in any of the offices in this division may submit
their willingness as such.
9. Officials
who have completed five years of service
and having academic qualification/ experience
in marketing/business management,
thorough knowledge in departmental products and fluency in English and
willing to work as Marketing executive at Mylapore HO may submit their
willingness as such.
NOTE: 1. In case
it is not possible to fill up any of the notified vacancies due to
administrative reasons, no one claim for that post as a matter
of right.
NOTE 2.
Suitability of the applicant is the main criteria for selection of system
Manager and marketing executive and no claim on
seniority will be
entertained.
